Before you switch
Does switching cost anything?
No. We request the paperwork from your current accountant and handle the transfer. You just sign the authorisation.
Can I switch at any time of year?
Yes, though the tidy moment is at the end of a quarter. If it is urgent, we do it anyway.
Do I have to bring paper invoices?
No need. Upload them to the portal from your phone, or email them. We accept paper, but nobody misses it.
What if the tax office asks me something?
We answer it. It is included in the fee as long as it concerns a period we handled.
